This pass is good for 365 days from the date you redeem your voucher. It allows you unlimited access to all the designated beach driving zones, Lighthouse Point Park in Ponce Inlet and Smyrna Dunes Park in New Smyrna Beach during normal hours of operation, weather and tide conditions permitting.
Your renewable pass is designed to last several years, so there is no need for removal each year as in the past. You will simply drive to any Beach location, and our Toll Collector will take your voucher as payment, scan your sticker and “renew” your pass for the upcoming year.
The pass is a small semi-permanent and tamper resistant label that is stuck to the outside, lower left corner of your windshield.
Upon meeting the requirements below, you can pick up a pass at any beach location, Lighthouse Point Park, or Smyrna Dunes Park. Voucher purchase for this pass is not available on line.
Only vehicles which have been issued, under the provisions of F.S. 320.0842, or 320.0843 or 320.0848, a free license plate or exemption entitlement parking permit displaying the internationally recognized wheelchair symbol, or which under the equivalent provisions of the law of any other state or country have been issued and display a license plate or parking permit displaying such symbol or having under the laws of this or any other state a disabled veterans (DV) license plate.
Valid Handicap-Registered vehicles are not charged a beach or park toll. Persons with handicap license plates are issued a sticker for their vehicle or may receive a complimentary Daily Pass ticket in lieu of the sticker if they choose. Persons with a placard are issued a Daily Pass ticket.
To be eligible to obtain a Handicap Combo Beach/Inlet Parks pass, you must present your valid vehicle registration and Driver’s License to the toll collector prove vehicle ownership. The name must match on both items.
Please Note: None of the Annual Passes displayed here may be purchased and affixed to rental vehicles. All vehicles must have a valid motor vehicle registration in the owner’s name.
